RETURN POLICY

Reeds

Returns on unopened boxes only.  Postmarked within 7 days.

Ligatures/Mouthpieces/Barrels/Bells/Published Music

Returns on undamaged items only.  Postmarked within 7 days.  Item will be evaluated once we have received it back at our store.  Refund approval will be confirmed or denied after evaluation.

For the price of shipping, we offer in-home free trials of our Mouthpiece and Barrels.

All products selected for a Mouthpiece and/or Barrel Trial will be prepaid by the customer.  The customer then has 7 days on receipt of the package to try out the products.  The package must be postmarked back to Artena Music LLC by the 7th day.  Upon receipt of the goods back at Artena Music LLC, goods will be inspected for quality.  If all goods are still in new condition, a refund will be issued to the customer for all goods returned.

     - Please take care and make sure to safeguard against scratches on the mouthpiece and/or barrels.  We recommend using mouthpiece patches on trial mouthpieces to avoid teeth scratches.  Any damage to the returned products including but not limited to teeth marks, scratches, nicks or dents will deem the returned product ineligible for a refund.  They will be sent back to the customer and treated as purchased products.

     - All returned products must be returned with all original packaging for a full refund.

Artena Music stands by the quality and craftsmanship of the products and brands we represent.  That’s why we offer a 1 year warranty on new Schwenk & Seggelke instruments purchased through us.  It’s also critical to care for your new clarinets in the best way.

1.) Do you have a humidifier in your case?

2.) Are you using cork grease?

3.) Are you properly breaking in your new instrument (properly adjusting your new instrument will not only help to prevent cracks, but also improve the sound quality and intonation.)
